I’m Natasha Zuvela, world’s number one video brand transformation expert. But I’m also a wife, a mother, a daughter a sister and someone whose life is enriched each day by love.
With Mother’s Day coming up, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate what I believe the essence of motherhood is for me – LOVE.
A mother’s love is like nothing else!
Growing up, my mother always supported my dreams and I’m so grateful for that.
She helped to shape the person I am today and taught me to trust my instincts.
When I became a mother for the first time, I was flooded with a range of emotions. Overwhelming love, fear, uncertainty, joy, awe and complete bliss! How could I possibly love something as much as I loved this little person? How would I protect her in life? How would I guide her to find her purpose?
But one emotion that I was not prepared for was the immense gratitude I felt for my own mother and her journey of raising myself and my brother.
My own transition into motherhood brought up a completely new sense of respect and awe for my mother. I also felt like apologising to her for all the times I had put her through worry and stress.
So what does mother’s day mean to you? Do you believe in its validity as an official day of celebration or do you feel as though we should celebrate mothers every day?
